Our sessions, like the workshops, are deeply respectful, safe, nurturing and confidential. This environment allows for safe expression and recognition of emotions resulting in the ability to see the positive impact on your physical, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing.

Our practitioners use a variety of techniques to allow the transformation of these beliefs and blocks that occur throughout life’s path.

Individual sessions

Trauma Healing Sessions (90 mins)

Casey will work with you to access, release and integrate past traumas. This is a holistic approach to therapy whereby much of the time is spent working on the table with the held traumas in the body, using techniques specific to your unique needs.

These techniques include:

  • Somatic Experiencing (Peter Levine method)

  • Integrative Trauma Healing (ITH)Regulation

  • Comprehensive Resource Modelling

  • Psychotherapy

  • Breathwork

  • Brainspotting

  • Chinese Medicine.

This work is a deep unfolding process accessing physical holding patterns and energetic disturbances in the physical body, which tend to cause pain, tension and discomfort, thus diminishing fluidity and flexibility in the body/mind. This trauma healing works to resolve the physiology and emotional memory of trauma in the nervous system and brain, allowing for more presence and power.

Regulation Sessions (60 mins)

These sessions are an important component for Trauma Work focused on calming and reducing anxiety state. Regulating your Autonomic Nervous System, working with Vagal tone to normalise high states of activation and freeze. Allowing for more presence and calm.

We recommend that you have regular regulation sessions in between other session to support you healing.

Counselling sessions

(60 or 90 mins)

Individual counselling is a powerful experience of self-discovery which can lead you to many of the answers to your problems and struggles in life.

The relationship between you and your therapist is unique and intimately personal. You are sharing and exploring tender parts of your inner world, so naturally safety and trust are critical to this process. Key benefits you will receive are being able to see you thoughts from a different perspective, having time to confront your feelings, feeling less alone with your problems, sharing the burden of your emotions and learning coping strategies for everyday life. Couples benefit from a having a neutral party to talk through issues with. Grief counselling facilitates the process of resolution in the natural reactions to loss.

The motivation to seek individual support or coaching/counselling will vary. It could stem from seeking more clarity or direction to enhance and open your consciousness, or a need for some mentoring and spiritual guidance to deeply heal old childhood wounds or emotional pain from the past.
