Healing Parts Systems Workshops
Created by Dr. Casey Terry, drawing on her extensive experience as a trauma therapist, teacher, and facilitator, our Healing Parts Systems Workshops are a transformative blend of Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Theory (IoPT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), NeuroAffective Touch®, Attachment Theory, and Chinese Medicine. These workshops support deep healing and reintegration of fragmented parts of the self impacted by trauma.
Exploring Trauma’s Hidden Splits
Our workshops delve into how early, pre-verbal, developmental, situational and transgenerational traumas create unconscious splits within us, often hidden behind coping and survival strategies. Through compassionate guidance, these "split-off" parts are gently acknowledged and reintegrated, bringing unity, resilience, and strengthening your authentic self.
A Dual Role Approach to Healing
In these workshops, healing is a shared process. You can join as either a Participant or a Representative, each role offering profound benefits:
Participants (limited to 5 per workshop) engage in a deeply personal journey, exploring their histories and connecting with hidden parts of themselves. Using the constellation method, they work closely with representatives to uncover, heal, and integrate past traumas. This personalized experience fosters lasting resilience, clarity, and a renewed sense of identity.
Representatives (up to 10 per workshop) play an essential role by embodying aspects of the participant’s psyche. Representing these parts, they gain insights into trauma and the healing process, often connecting with universal themes that hold personal resonance. This role is ideal for those interested in trauma work from a somatic and psychodynamic perspective, providing opportunities for both personal growth and compassionate learning.
Profound Shifts and Shared Transformation
The dual role structure acknowledges that healing doesn’t happen in isolation; witnessing or holding space for another’s process can be profoundly healing in itself. This approach not only makes trauma processing accessible to a broader audience but also brings a sense of shared humanity and connection, elements essential for deep transformation.
This rare, meaningful work goes beyond traditional talk therapy by offering a truly holistic, evidence-based approach, drawing from some of the most respected modalities in trauma therapy to address core wounds deeply rooted in the psyche while also honoring the body’s wisdom.
