At time of payment you will need to accept the following terms and conditions and take full responsibility for ensuring payment of fees, cancellation terms and confidentially are adhered to.

Cancellation Policy: Session appointments that are cancelled within 48 hours from your confirmed appointment time will incur a non-refundable 50% cancellation fee. This fee does not apply for genuine emergencies that require unexpected cancellation of your scheduled appointment.

Privacy and Confidentiality: By attending any Totally Alive session/s and/or workshop/s, all personal details, information and experience is completely confidential. All practitioners working for Totally Alive will ensure every effort is made to ensure your individual safety. However, no liability or responsibility for loss or injury can be accepted by Totally Alive and its associated practitioners. If you are seeking referral or recommendation to another practitioner or specific technique, personal information may be required and your permission to provide this would be sought before any information was provided. It is also a condition that any personal information provided by the practitioner or that you become aware of, be afforded the same level of confidentially.
